Politics in Perspective: Episode 1

Today we’re joined by Theodore “Ted” Steinberg, former Acting Legislative Director for Representative Brendan Boyle (PA-02), where he also directed the Congressional Blue-Collar Caucus and the Congressional Public Service Loan Forgiveness Caucus. Steinberg‘s policy portfolio included specialization in health (Ways and Means), judiciary, labor, environment, education, Social Security, and transportation/infrastructure issues. Steinberg has actively engaged in local, state, and federal policymaking since 2014, and served in student government throughout high school and college. Steinberg is also a former candidate for Massachusetts State Representative in Norfolk’s 13th district, which includes his hometown of Needham, MA. Join us as we discuss his ambitious career path, receive advice on how teenagers can get involved in politics, and learn more about the inner workings of Congress.
